[Photos] Architecture Student Builds Sweet Custom Bike

This badass custom, motorcycle-scooter hybrid was not built by a professional mechanic, but rather a student at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Architecture.

Nguyễn Bảo Kỳ, a senior at the university, decided to build the bike for his graduation project, according to VN Express.

Realizing the disadvantages of driving at high speeds on Saigon’s cramped streets, especially in rush hour, Kỳ opted to build the fairly lightweight (for a sport bike, at least) 150kg ride which can reach 150km/h.

In addition, Kỳ an avid traveler, who knows very well that there’s not a petrol station around every turn, added a specially designed tank that holds 1.5 liters of back-up fuel.

Beyond the USB outlets, the coolest feature of the bike may be the adjustable saddle that allows the rider to 3 different positions: cruiser, naked bike or sport bike.
