Beware: The Face-Kini May Come to Vietnam

While the Western World spends huge sums of money on tanning, in the East, things are reversed. Seemingly every cosmetic cream promises to whiten ones skin while many hibernate during the day to avoid bronzing their skin.

In Saigon, we’re used to the mummy look where every patch of skin is covered. When Vietnamese go to the beach, some opt for 2 piece bikinis but many wear over sized t-shirts.

We wouldn't be surprised to see these hitting Vietnam’s beaches in the near future. Hopefully they won’t be made in China as to avoid lead and mercury poisoning.

Either way, they’ll probably put an Apple logo on it…
