From the organizer: Reflections takes diners to the depths of the blue sea this November, with an a la carte menu featuring Vietnam’s finest and freshest sea urchins.
From 16th to 22nd November, taste the exquisite essence of sea urchin in mains such as Nha Trang lobster with sea urchin Thermidor sauce and green asparagus, or tickle your taste buds with appetisers such as sea urchin cappuccino.
Three- and four-course menus are set at VND 899,000++ and VND 999,000++, respectively.
