[Photos] VietJet Brings Back In-Flight Bikini Shows

VietJet Air is the honey badger of airlines; it just doesn’t give a sh*t. After getting fined for in-flight bikini shows in 2012, the budget airline has brought back the performances to celebrate its new route from HCMC to Singapore, according to infonet

It’s unclear if this is an ongoing marketing tool or if the airline received permission this time around, but these pictures show the scene on the new route's inaugural flight, VJ8931, last Friday afternoon.

In August, 2012, VietJet was fined VND20,000,000 for an unauthorized bikini show on a flight from HCMC to Nha Trang even though there are no laws prohibiting the practice.

Even so, it would be nice to see the airline find a marketing execution that doesn't objectify women.
