Park Hyatt Saigon Presents “Passion Week 2025”

A Celebration of Culinary Mastery, Artistry & Cultural Excellence
Park Hyatt Saigon proudly announces the return of its most anticipated annual event — Passion Week 2025, taking place from 25 to 29 November 2025. Now in its fourth edition, Passion Week stands as the crown jewel of Park Hyatt’s Masters of Food & Wine series — a five-day journey uniting the world’s most celebrated Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers, and creative masters to redefine the boundaries of contemporary gastronomy, design, and culture.

A Week of Passion and Perfection
Passion Week 2025 promises an immersive celebration of craftsmanship, creativity, and connection. From intimate masterclasses to star-studded lunches and gala dinners, guests will engage directly with world-renowned masters — each representing the pinnacle of their craft. “Passion Week is our annual tribute to mastery — a gathering of exceptional minds who inspire through dedication, beauty, and innovation,” said Frédéric Boulin, General Manager of Park Hyatt Saigon. “It is the embodiment of the Park Hyatt spirit — where cuisine meets culture and passion becomes art.”

Origins and Global Legacy
The roots of this distinctive event trace back to 2002, when the Park Hyatt Mendoza property in Argentina premiered the Masters of Food & Wine program, inviting guests to learn intimately from culinary experts and sommeliers. The concept proved so successful that Park Hyatt locations around the world adopted it.

In 2015, Park Hyatt Saigon launched Art at the Park — a curated platform showcasing local artists and the power of art in community life. Passion Week borrows from, and greatly expands upon, these two programs to offer guests an immersive celebration of what Park Hyatt calls “the art of living.”

Concept
Passion Week was conceived as part of Park Hyatt’s global Masters of Food & Wine initiative, celebrating craftsmanship, culture, and creativity. The idea was born from the belief that true hospitality extends beyond service — it is an art form that connects the world’s most passionate creators in gastronomy, wine, art, and design.

When launched at Park Hyatt Saigon, Passion Week has become a signature platform where Michelin-starred chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, and artists gather to share knowledge, inspire dialogue, and elevate culinary appreciation. The concept is built on immersive interaction, dissolving the boundary between audience and artisan through intimate masterclasses, celebrity lunches, and gala dinners.

Structure and Operation

  • Each edition of Passion Week follows a few-days program featuring:
  • Daily masterclasses led by global masters in culinary arts, wine, design, or wellness.
