From the organizer: This session will be simple, to get our legs ready for a long distance race, 60 minutes of very relaxed running. Let us feel our feet, legs, hips and breathing as we run. So that we can master managing the power we will be using and needing for the distances we have chosen to conquer.
The route will be defined just before we start running. We will run together as a group so not separate. During this run we should not stop at all but continue the run together.
