[Video] Would You Take On This Phở Burger?

A few months ago, Youtuber Richie Le uploaded a video of the phở burger, a natural follow-up to the phở burrito, the phở cocktail and the phở dumpling.

This Is What Happens When You Mix Dumplings And Phở

Not to be outdone, Foodbeast recently posted their own version of the frankenfood, consisting of deep fried rice noodle buns, Vietnamese style cole slaw beef patty and spicy peppers. While a good effort, I have no idea how one would go about eating it given its skyscraper-like design.

One commenter had a more funtional option for hand-held phở that sounds pretty wonderful:

"Now if you actually want a new take on a hand held pho, a banh mi pho sandwich would work a lot better. Baguette style bread, thin slices of rib eye, brisket, and tripe, thin fried strips of pho noodles for texture, bean sprouts, jalapenos, cilantro, sauted onions, hoisen and sriracha sauce, salt & pepper, and a little cup of pho broth to dip it in."

You won't have to travel far to get a phở burger of your own with newcomer Relish & Sons offering up their own spin on the dish.
