From the organizer: Beer and Yoga, the name stands for itself.
We will carry on a typical vinyasa yoga class as we do BUT when we finish a sequence or complete a pose we celebrate with a bit of beer! Bless and Sip :)
One beer will be provided for you for class and additional offerings or specials may be held after class depending on the evening and amount of people we have per session.
So bring friends, take it easy on your practice and have FUN by joining in on Beer Yoga!
All yoga levels encouraged and non beer lovers welcomed!
